A Single Flap. Underground Non-Return Valve designed to prevent foul water from flowing back towards a property from the sewer system. It creates an in-line barrier which can be manually operated when the risk of flooding occurs.
The non-return valve should be located in a chamber for access and maintenance is easily achieved with the removal of the top casing, which exposes the inner workings to clear debris and ensure the mechanisms are still free flowing.
