As a novice DIY'er I found the team at KPT very helpful and offered great advice on my project. The cost of the materials was the cheapest I could find in the local area and the delivery was quick. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Will be my primary supplier for future projects.
All timber we bought was of good quality and delivered promptly to my garden. managed to use every piece ,no bent or broken pieces at all. i shopped around to find the best price and also a good range of timber.
I ordered on the Wednesday, and everything arrived on the Friday. That was faster than I had expected, so I'm very happy. The wood was sound too, no problems there. Would be happy to order from again.
Booked it on the Internet one day arrived the next Pen rounded Redwood timber it was straight clean no marks. The driver was helpful as they say in eBay five stars thank you very much for a pleasant transaction as they would say.

Ordered 3.6m fence posts on line, easy to find and order, and they were delivered the next day. Posts were pretty straight, but very wet and heavy due to recent rain.
