Good quality timber will use again
I have to say KTP are normally excellent but this delivery was " adequate" I was disappointed that all my expensive Plywood was soaking wet and dumped on the patio , and although i hinted a lot i couldnt get the driver to help me put them into the garage [ some 12 foot away ] im 70 , and it was raining so i wasn't impressed .
Bought slabs and aggregate on the Sunday evening online,had a call on Monday before 10am on the Monday and materials were delivered Monday afternoon. Can't fault your company ...... Excellent . Will use you in the New Year for more slabs .
Phoned first to check products in stock and proceeded on line to order. Confirmation and follow up delivery date & time phone call were received on same day. Good service
